Our Offering

We Will Do It All

Begin the dialogue to establish if this makes sense for both of us

At this stage we will be able to provide you with a basic understanding of what can be done on your site and the potential savings.  We will do a high level preliminary assessment of the site and your energy consumption characteristics.  This is the first project gate to determine if your site is suitable.

Sign a Letter of Intent (LOI) with us because our proposal makes sense to you

An LOI will formalize our agreement to proceed with a detailed analysis (Feasibility Study) and establish terms of the Power Purchase Agreement through a simple and straight forward PPA term sheet.

  • If project is not feasible – American Clean Energy picks up the study cost.
  • If project is feasible and project moves forward – American Clean Energy picks up the study cost.
  • If project is feasible and customer does not proceed – Customer picks up the study cost and then owns the study.

We will deliver a Feasibility Study to prove out our assumptions and confirm your benefits

Project feasibility will be studied in detail to ensure that an array of sufficient size and electrical output can be installed on the site to economically satisfy sufficient requirements of the customer.  The study will include structural and electrical engineers to do technical assessment of the facilities and/or space available, the current electrical equipment arrangement, and affirmation of the customer’s anticipated electrical energy savings.

Our Pre-Construction Phase initiates all aspects of our solar installation build

Project Management begins from the moment you sign a Letter of Intent and we progress toward an operating Solar installation.  This includes all engineering, permits, fees, approvals, registrations, insurance and warranties.

During the Construction Phase we project manage every detail so you can gather the savings and other benefits as quickly as possible

From the moment we order the material for your site to the day it is signed off by your facilities manager, town, and utility company and placed into “production” mode we are on top of every aspect of this project.

After grid interconnection our Operations Team is watching every panel’s performance 24/7

We monitor the installation electronically and we are notified of specific variances which signal productivity issues.  Additionally, we physically inspect and clean the installation at least 2 times a year.  We put our own equity into every PPA installation, so you can be certain that we are as concerned about your electricity generation as you are.  Our Maintenance Crews are ready to spring into action to avoid installation downtime or provide rapid repair / correction if necessary.
